June 1, 2017 – The 3rd batch of participants of the Capability Enhancement Program by National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) for Sanggunian Secretaries and Legislative Staff visited the Quezon City Council as part of their training course primarily to gain knowledge on the legislative processes, innovations, best practices, and records management of the Quezon City Council. Atty. John Thomas S. Alferos, Officer-In-Charge of the Secretary to the Sangguniang Panlungsod, spearheaded the learning visit of the training participants.
